Kristy has over 20 years of customer service experience, with 15 years in the insurance field selling multiple lines of coverage, running quotes, and providing case management.  

Kristy is an avid genealogist who never imagined research could be so much fun. She enjoys cross-country road trips to offbeat roadside attractions and time with her family.
