Our office is open, and we are processing your applications, running your proposals and answering underwriting and product questions.
The safety of our customers and our employees is foremost, and we have instituted policies and procedures to do just that. In the event employee(s) are self-quarantined or as the result of government required quarantining, all employees have the ability to seamlessly serve you from home. We anticipate no interruption of services. Please see the link below for our office directory which includes each employee’s extension and duties.
It is important to note that applications, regardless of the amount being applied for, with the exception of Lafayette Life, can be done online without having to physically see the proposed insured. A few insurance companies offer Accelerated Underwriting with no Paramed Exam. If you are not familiar with the concept, please let us know and we can walk you through the process. It is easy and efficient. The employees of the insurance companies are also working remotely, and we will experience some delays as everyone works through these challenges.
Also, we have included links below with information from Exam One, one of our lab/para-med exam partners. They do anticipate being able to easily accommodate exams so long as the client meets certain criteria regarding recent foreign travel or recent illness.
